Business Development Manager


Harcourts Signature has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Property Management Business Development Manager.

The successful applicant will be part of a vibrant team of successful real estate professionals who create a fantastic working environment and strive to achieve great results for their clients and the company.



To be considered for this role, it is a mandatory requirement that you have:

  • A current Real Estate Property Representatives License in Tasmania
  • A current driver’s licence
  • Highly refined organisational abilities with a strong attention to detail
  • Well adapted people skills
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and professional appearance
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative whilst maintaining a proactive approach
  • A great work ethic and a personal drive to achieve great results
  • Excellent communication skills




Experience in the following areas will be beneficial to your application but not essential:

  • Either prior property management or sales experience
  • Providing advice to sales agents and landlords on market rental values
  • Arranging and conducting rental appraisals
  • Finding and converting leads
  • Prospecting, networking and developing relationships
  • Meeting with landlords and secure their business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and buyers
  • Conducting general administrative duties using a diverse range of operational software
